Pricing Terms

1. Pricing Structure

Adaptio offers subscription-based pricing for our services. Each application may have its own pricing tier. Pricing is displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

2. Billing Frequency

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month, while annual plans renew 12 months from the original purchase date. You will receive billing notification via email before each renewal.

3. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again after 3 days. If the second attempt fails, your service may be suspended. You will have 14 days to update your payment method before your account is permanently deactivated. Late fees may apply to overdue accounts.

5. Price Changes

Adaptio reserves the right to change prices at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

6. Usage-Based Charges

Some plans may include usage-based charges that vary based on your consumption of resources such as API calls, storage, or bandwidth. Usage charges will be clearly displayed in your account dashboard and billed in addition to your subscription fee.

7. Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers are non-transferable and apply only to the specified account and time period. Promotional pricing will expire as specified, and your subscription will revert to regular pricing at renewal unless otherwise stated.

8. Invoices and Billing History

All invoices are available in your account dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Electronic invoices serve as legal proof of payment.

9. Currency and Taxes

Prices are quoted in USD. Sales tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes will be added to your invoice based on your billing location. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes.
