1. General Refund Policy
Adaptio offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions purchased directly through our website. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@adaptio.com with your account details. Please note that refund requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date will generally be denied, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Add-ons or premium features used beyond the initial 30 days
- Professional services or consulting fees
- Fees for third-party integrations
- Training or onboarding sessions
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your account statement.
6. Terms of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account will be marked for deletion, and your data will be retained for 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy. You may request data export before this period ends. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.
7. Special Circumstances
Adaptio reserves the right to deny refunds in cases where there has been abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to: repeated refund requests, refunds requested for accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, or refunds requested under false pretenses.
